The Numark Mixtrack Pro FX
As you might expect, the Numark Mixtrack Pro FX packs an extensive arsenal of effects. Even just one effect is an essential weapon for DJs to inject their own dynamics into a set, so here, you get the pick of effects like Echo, Reverb, Flanger, High-Pass Filters, and Low-Pass Filters to play with. And, due to the introduction of two new and incredibly useful 'paddle triggers', you can control them with more ease than ever.
Numark + Serato
Serato DJ software has steadily grown to become an industry standard. Since the Mixtrack Platinum FX has been developed with Serato in mind, it comes complete with a copy of Serato DJ Lite for both Mac and PC. Beginner DJs are treated to on-board tutorials so that, step-by-step, you can learn the basics and hone your skills. Access to millions of tracks is also granted via the streaming services, Tidal and Soundcloud, as well as a free, two month trial subscription to Soundswitch Premium. Using the Digital Lighting Workstation, audio files can also be easily coupled with lighting controls. So you can do cool stuff like synch up lighting to the beat!

Hele fijne controller voor een leuke prijs.
Gekocht icm Serato Pro, wat een perfecte combinatie is.
Aanrader dus!
De Pro FX is in feite gewoon de Platinum FX zonder display in de jog wheels. Ik heb hiervoor ook een Mixtrack Platinum gehad, de voorloper van de Platinum FX. Eerlijkgezegd mis je de jog displays niet, dus als je graag wat geld in je zak houdt zou ik zeker de Pro FX aanraden ipv de Platinum versies.
Vergeleken met de vorige serie is de layout van de cue/loop pads en effecten een enorme verbetering. Je ziet dezelfde stijl FX controls nu ook op de Rane controller (is van dezelfde firma).
Er zijn wel wat dingetjes die beter kunnen, en die naar mijn mening ook heel makkelijk gefixt zouden kunnen worden.
1: De 8 cue/loop pads zijn stug vergeleken met de andere knoppen.
2: De VU meters op het deck lichten amper op en zijn dus vrijwel nutteloos. Deze stellen echt alleen de hardste paar segmentjes van een normale VU meter voor.
3: Geen jack of xlr uitgang.
Als je deze controller vergelijkt met de concurrentie cie rond de 280 euro zit dan is het echt een heel goede deal.

Was in second mind to buy this controller or not after watching countless videos on you tube decided to buy it, cracking bit of kit well worth the asking price tbh jog wheels are a cracking size & weight fx are easy to trigger/access, crossfader is superb not that i use it as dont scratch or mix with crossfader, i use upfaders & thats the only downfall for this controller is the upfaders they feel cheap & are stiff compaired to the crossfader, part from that i would recommend this controller ive been djing nearly 20 years & this controller does the job at a fraction of the price of the big names this would defo give them a run for there money.
